Michelle Boling, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and consulting. Currently serving as a Talent Management consultant at Purple Strategies since May 2023, Michelle collaborates with hiring managers and leadership to enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies. As Managing Partner at Crescendo Consulting, LLC since November 2018, Michelle provides comprehensive HR solutions tailored for small to mid-sized organizations, covering aspects from employee relations to compliance. Additional roles include Outsourced Human Resources Director at The Arc of the United States, where Michelle oversees the entire HR function and partners with leadership on employee culture.
