Robin Francis Rapheal D'souza has been in the retail industry since 1999. Robin Francis Rapheal began their career as an Asst. Store Manager at Uni Style Images Pvt Ltd and then moved to Sports Station India as a Store Manager for Nike in 2001. In 2004, they worked as an Area Sales Manager for Jay Retailing & Merchandising Private Limited, followed by a role as Regional Sales Manager at Bang Overseas Pvt Ltd in 2005. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at Future Group India in various roles such as Deputy Operation Manager, Store Manager, and Asst Store Manager- Big Bazaar.
