Roopali Adlakha

Roopali Adlakha has a wealth of professional experience. Roopali started their career as a Research Assistant for International Justice Mission in 2010. Roopali then interned at CHINTAN, PRS Legislative Research, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, and J. Sagar Associates in 2011, 2013, and 2013 respectively. In 2015, they joined Luthra & Luthra Law Offices as an Associate, where they led 20+ debt financing transactions, due diligence and documentation for project finance, and worked with companies from transport, civil aviation, and education sectors. In 2018, they joined Khaitan & Co as an Associate, where they managed PE/VC investments and India-leg of various global M&A, led due diligence teams for various strategic and financial investments in regulated sectors, and reviewed and drafted contracts for India's largest multinational conglomerate group. In 2020, they volunteered at Teach For India. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Purple Style Labs (PSL) as VP - Strategy and Head - Legal.

Roopali Adlakha completed their B.A. LL.B. from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences in 2015. Roopali has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera, such as Digital Marketing Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations, Introduction to Marketing, Managing Social and Human Capital, Managing the Company of the Future, and Strategic Thinking, between 2020 and 2021.
