Jeremy Reid joined Purple wave in 2009 as a customer service associate specializing in issue resolution. In 2012, he transitioned to the auction management team as an auction specialist. In early 2014, Jeremy accepted the position of territory manager for west central Oklahoma. After nearly a decade of customer service management prior to serving three years in various administrative roles within Purple Wave, Jeremy has equipped himself with a tool belt of knowledge and experience capable of servicing all of the company's needs out in the field. Jeremy's innate ability to understand, relate and appreciate the needs of the vast community allows him to provide a personal experience every time. Most importantly, he wants each and every customer to come away from their Purple Wave experience knowing that he truly cares about the customer's well being.
