Billy Montgomery

Billy Montgomery is currently the Director of Production at Purple, where they oversee the operations of plant mattress and pillow manufacturing, managing a team of four production managers and over 200 employees. They began their journey with Purple in December 2020 as a Production Manager, quickly advancing to their current role due to their extensive experience in production management and logistics spanning 30 years. Montgomery is responsible for optimizing production processes and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. They hold a Master's in Management and Leadership from Webster University, a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from National Louis University, and a Life Cycle Logistics Level 1 certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
