Brandon Fluckiger is a seasoned human resources professional with experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Purple, Brandon supports key teams in Finance, IT, Legal, and Innovations. As the Founder and People Operations Consultant at Culture and Capability, Brandon provides freelance HR consulting to startups and small businesses, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and culture resilience.
