Chaylene Hatch

Chaylene Hatch currently serves as Sr. Director of People Operations at Purple since December 2021, having previously held the position of Sr. Manager of People Operations within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Compensation & Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager at VASA FITNESS from November 2018 to December 2021, and as Client Benefits and Implementation Specialist at Magellan, HCM from February 2013 to November 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a CER Mentor at Convergys from September 2011 to April 2013, and working as a Beauty Advisor at Walgreens from June 2008 to December 2010. Chaylene Hatch is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Utah Valley University, expected to be completed in April 2026, after obtaining an Associate of Science in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2011.
