Rob DeMartini

Rob DeMartini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Purple since January 2022, Rob also holds positions as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Q30 Innovations/Q30 Sports Canada, and Company Owner at Park City Bike & Demo. Additionally, Rob is a member of the Board of Directors for Welch's, overseeing the Investment and Compensation Committees. Previous leadership roles include President & CEO of USA Cycling and New Balance, as well as Chairman of the Board for the American Apparel & Footwear Association. Rob's academic background includes a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
