Ben West

Ben West, M.A., is an experienced professional in organizational leadership and communication, currently serving as a Producer and Strategic Solutions Facilitator at Purpose & Performance Group since July 2020. Prior to this role, Ben was with Kibo Group International, Inc. from April 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included directing strategic initiatives and communications. Ben's career also includes positions as a Zip Line Guide at Challenge Quest Inc., a Media Specialist at The Journey, and a Communication Coordinator at New Life Ranch. With a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from John Brown University, Ben possesses a strong foundation in both leadership and media production, along with extensive experience in strategic planning and team facilitation.
