Karen Cramer

Karen Cramer currently serves as the VP of Data, Technology and Impact at Purpose Built Communities since June 2023. Prior to this role, Karen was with TechBridge, Inc. from July 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included Chief Community Impact Officer, VP of Community Impact, and Director of Performance Measurement, focusing on using technology to address generational poverty and enhance nonprofit effectiveness. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Performance and Strategic Initiatives at Catholic Charities Atlanta from February 2003 to March 2016 and working as a Social Worker at both Bethany Christian Services and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington, VA. Karen holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from James Madison University.
