E. Adam Cusson

E. Adam Cusson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering at Purpose Financial, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Perpetual Technology Evolution starting from April 2023.

From July 2018 to April 2023, Cusson served as the Chief Technology Officer at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, leading the development and execution of the organization's technology vision and strategy in the Fintech industry. During their tenure, they received two promotions for their outstanding leadership and contributions to the MSRB's success.

Before joining MSRB, Cusson worked at Oracle as the Senior Director of Development from April 2015 to July 2018.
