Jim McHugh

Jim McHugh's work experience begins in 1982 when they become a Co-owner/Controller/Operations Executive at Wise Owl IGA Supermarkets. Jim later works as a District Operations Manager at Eckerd Drugs from 1992 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they serve as a Regional Manager at Dollar General. In 2004, they become the Vice President at McHugh Electric Inc. and holds this role till 2011. In 2007, they become a District Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation and then joins Rite Aid in 2008. At Rite Aid, they hold multiple titles including Senior Manager- Corporate Script Growth Initiatives and Director- Corporate Store Segmentation; District Manager-Phila. In 2014, they become Division Director at Purpose Financial and eventually takes on the role of Senior Director Strategic Alignment | Communications| Learning & Development.

Jim McHugh attended Salisbury University, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Jim obtained additional certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as leadership, time management, coaching, communication, and professional development.
