Lisa Lancaster

Lisa Lancaster, SPHR, CCP, SHRMSCP, CBP, has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Lisa began their career at NuVox Communications in 2001, serving as the Sr. Benefits & HR Systems Administrator until 2005. In 2006, Lisa joined Purpose Financial as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they continue to contribute their expertise in managing HR operations.

Lisa Lancaster attended the University of South Carolina but did not obtain a degree. Lisa has since earned several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2023, the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2022, the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification from WorldatWork in 2019, and the Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained various LinkedIn certifications in subjects such as strategic workforce planning, using metrics to drive HR strategy, and strategic human resources, all in 2020.
