Vice President Of Customer Care & Experience at Purpose Financial

Patricia Smith has a diverse work experience history. Patricia started their career in 1998 with GMAC/Ally, where they held various roles including Lead Business Analyst, Unit Manager, and Customer Service Representative until 2011. Patricia then joined Ally as a Project Manager and Asset Performance PMO Manager, working on strategic projects for Executive and Senior Leadership until 2011. In 2015, they joined Advance America as the Director of Online Operations/Customer Care, responsible for managing the call center operations and third-party relationships. Patricia was later promoted to Senior Director of Customer Care before moving to Purpose Financial in 2021. At Purpose Financial, they currently hold the position of Vice President of Customer Care & Experience, leading and advocating for the customer experience and overseeing the centralized contact center.

Patricia Smith obtained a BA in Business Management from Northwood University in 2003. Patricia later pursued an MBA in Business Management at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies from 2004 to 2006.
