Richard Weiss

Richard Weiss is an experienced project manager with a strong background in overseeing large strategic technology projects. Currently serving as the Special Projects Manager at Purpose Financial since August 2018, Richard has successfully coordinated initiatives addressing system development weaknesses and enhancing AWS implementation. Prior roles include Manager of Systems Analysts, Senior Project Manager, and Director of the PMO at NorthgateArinso, where Richard directed global HR automation projects. Previous experience includes a Senior Project Manager position at UnitedHealth Group and Vice President of Program Management at Accenture BPO Services. Richard's earlier career involved managing technology projects for ADP, Inc. and working as a Technology Project Manager in a self-employed capacity. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
