Chris Shiu

Chris Shiu, CPA, CA, currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Purpose Unlimited, where responsibilities include executing the firm’s strategic vision through M&A, financing, and organic growth opportunities. Prior to this role, Chris was a Principal in Private Equity at Dawson Partners, overseeing portfolio investments and managing significant divestitures and recapitalizations. Chris previously held the position of Vice President in Investment Banking at Bank of America, advising on numerous high-value M&A transactions and leading multinational deal teams. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Corporate Finance and Audit at PwC, focusing on M&A transactions and audit engagements. Chris holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and participated in an exchange term in International Business at HEC Paris.
