Charlotte Wood has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Charlotte started their career in 2010 as a Brand Planning Intern at St Lukes Communications. Charlotte then transitioned into digital media and worked as an Account Manager at Specific Media, where they led digital media strategy and media buying for accounts such as Avis and Sainsbury's. In 2011, they joined Host Sydney as a Junior Digital Planner, managing digital campaigns for Air New Zealand. Charlotte then worked as a Junior Strategy Planner at JWT, where they worked on brand strategy projects for Patak's and Kellogg's. Charlotte also worked as a Planner at McCann Erickson, focusing on the repositioning of Coca-Cola Mother. Charlotte then joined adam&eveDDB as a Senior Planner, working on projects for John Lewis & Partners, Unilever, and Crisis. In 2014, they started their freelance career as a Brand Strategy Consultant, collaborating with design studios and entrepreneurs. Most recently, Charlotte joined Purpose as the Global Head of Strategy, where they lead strategy development for campaigns and public mobilization efforts.
Charlotte Wood attended Nottingham Trent University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a 1st Class Honors degree in Marketing and Communication. In 2007, they also attended Omnicom Summer School, focused on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
