Emma Pulido is a strategy manager at Purpose since November 2019, specializing in social impact and public mobilization strategies for diverse issue areas, and providing strategic coaching within an Incubator for narrative change. Prior experience includes roles as a senior strategist and associate strategist at the International Rescue Committee, where research focused on diversity and inclusion strategies within a global workforce. Emma has also served as communications coordinator at The New School, where responsibilities included launching the International Field Correspondents Program and managing social media accounts. Experience spans various organizations, including managing media relations at Americas Society/Council of the Americas, developing editorial strategies for Passion Passport, and coordinating educational programs in Brazil with Project Favela. Emma holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Macalester College.
