Namrata Kilpady

Namrata Kilpady currently serves as the Campaign Director at Purpose since January 2024. Previously, Namrata held several key positions at Change.org from May 2018 to October 2023, including Deputy Campaigns Director for Programs in Asia and Africa, where responsibilities included overseeing impactful campaigns focused on gender justice and climate change across multiple countries, as well as managing teams and mentoring staff. Prior to Change.org, Namrata worked as a Communications Consultant for UNICEF, where involvement included knowledge management and advocacy related to children's issues, and as a Copy Editor for CNN-IBN, contributing to major news content for over four years. Namrata began her career as a Trainee Reporter at Times Now, where early experiences in journalism were developed. Namrata holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College.
