Saudamini Zutshi

Saudamini Zutshi has extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and project coordination, currently holding the position of Business Development and Partnerships Manager at Purpose since June 2020. Previous roles include Lead Project Coordinator at Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative and consultant positions at organizations such as CARE India, where contributions included creating best practice compendiums for leadership development projects, and co-authoring a significant book on Rohingya refugees. Saudamini has also provided consultancy services for organizations like the Aga Khan Foundation, Centre for Catalyzing Change, and WaterAid, focusing on documentation, data analysis, and process evaluation. Academically, Saudamini holds a PhD and MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru University, as well as multiple Master’s degrees in history and conflict transformation.
