Martin Ducháček serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Duchaczech since February 2021 and holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at PurposeTech since January 2023. Ducháček is also the CEO of SoFarm and a Co-Owner of FIELD - FREE RANGE DINING and Eyen, with a tenure at FIELD beginning in January 2014 and at Eyen starting in March 2013. From October 2019 to December 2021, Ducháček worked as an Investment Manager at Tilia Impact Ventures, focusing on investments that foster positive social impact. Previous experience includes roles as an Asset Manager at RSJ Investments, Owner of Freshbedynky, and various positions at RSJ algorithmic trading, including Head of Developers and Member of the Supervisory Board. Martin Ducháček completed education at Charles University from 2000 to 2005.
