Joseph Holmes

Joseph Holmes possesses extensive experience in customer service and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Reservationist at Pursell Farms since February 2023, responsibilities include securing bookings, managing guest inquiries, and coordinating services across departments. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Revenue Clerk for the Talladega County Revenue Commissioner's Office, where collection and public engagement regarding property taxes were key duties. A long tenure at EBSCO spanned two decades, involving tasks such as procedural writing, quality control, and integration of operational systems. Earlier roles included sales and customer service at Coosa Valley Pool, and public relations at the University of Montevallo, where communication and editorial skills were honed. Joseph holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in English from the University of Montevallo.
