Karl C. As President of Colder Allied Consulting, LLC, since March 2023, and previously since May 2018, Karl offers professional consulting and advisory services rooted in over three decades of law enforcement expertise. Notably serving as Chief of Police for the Huntington Police Department from November 2021 to February 2023, Karl ensured operational oversight and staff development. Previously, in a distinguished career with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Karl held multiple leadership positions, including Special Agent in Charge and Deputy Chief Inspector, focusing on resource optimization and investigative integrity. An educator at Loudoun County Public Schools and a Master's degree holder in Human Resources Development and Training from Seton Hall University, Karl is committed to advancing the criminal justice field through education and consultancy.
