Sarah Cole

Sarah Cole, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in the healthcare and addiction treatment industry. Sarah is currently the Director of Strategic Implementations at PursueCare, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Phoenix House New England where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations from October 2020 to February 2021 and as the Regional Director of Projects and Operations from July 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Phoenix House New England, Sarah held various positions at Phoenix House, including Director of Administrative Operations from November 2018 to July 2019 and Executive Campus Administrator from December 2011 to November 2018. Sarah started their career at Sstar of Rhode Island as an Intake Coordinator, a role they held from July 2004 to December 2011. With their extensive experience in operations and strategic implementations, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at PursueCare.

Sarah Cole earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from LSU Shreveport in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems at Rhode Island College from 2014 to 2018. Sarah began their higher education journey at the Community College of Rhode Island, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2014.

In terms of certifications, Sarah is a Certified Lean Practitioner, having obtained this certification from Transformance Advisors Inc. in April 2020. Sarah is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, which they obtained from the same institution in December 2019. Additionally, Sarah is a Project Management Professional (PMP), having obtained this certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
