Martin Gebhart

Martin Gebhart is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and process optimization. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Pursuit Aerospace since July 2019, Martin has also held the position of Technical Lead/Technical Manager at Paradigm Precision since September 2016, overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring quality and delivery standards are met. With a career spanning several decades, Martin has served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for Paradigm Precision, Unison Engine Components, Smith's Aerospace, and DGT, focusing on the development of fabrication processes for aerospace assemblies. Additionally, Martin has extensive experience as a Tool and Die Maker and Toolroom Leadman at Dynamic Gunver Technologies, where responsibilities included supervising a toolroom team and creating complex dies for aerospace applications. Beginning a career in tool making at Koral Tool and Die, Martin completed a state apprenticeship program and achieved recognition as one of the top competitors in Connecticut. Martin's educational background includes attending Hartford State Technical College in 1979-1980.
