Mike Listro

Mike Listro is a results-oriented leader currently serving as General Manager at Pursuit Aerospace since January 2025 and as a member of the Board of Directors at Willington Nameplate since August 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mott Corporation from June 2015 to December 2024, demonstrating a successful track record in leading organizational change and driving positive results. With extensive finance and operations experience, Mike has also served in senior financial roles, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Veeder Root and Finance Director at Barnes Aerospace. Mike holds an EMBA in Finance/Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting from Bryant University, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Business School.
