Olivia Weinstein has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of nutrition, culinary medicine, and education. Olivia has held various roles and positions at reputable organizations since 2012.

Olivia's most recent position is as a Membership Strategy Committee Leader at The Teaching Kitchen Collaborative, which they started in 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at Columbia University from 2021, where they developed and instructed culinary medicine courses for clinicians and trainees. Olivia also conducted research to support the field's best practices.

From 2018, Olivia held multiple roles at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Olivia started as a Culinary Dietitian and later became the Culinary Nutrition Director. Currently, they are the Director of Nutrition Innovation and Implementation.

In 2021, they co-founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of Rewire Health, a health-focused startup.

Olivia's earlier experiences include working as a Contributor and Instructor at Boston University from 2017 to 2019, a Dietitian and Fitness Instructor at Assembly Sports Club from 2017 to 2019, and a Course Editor/Builder at edX from 2015 to 2019.

Furthermore, they co-founded PreGame Fit in 2013 and worked as a Co-Founder until 2015.

Olivia's early career involved serving as a Ballet Teacher at The Cape Ann Center for Dance from 2007 to 2014 and as a Health Educator at Sociedad Latina from 2012 to 2013.

Olivia Weinstein obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Biology, from Emmanuel College (Boston) between the years 2009 and 2013. In 2012, they also participated in a Study Abroad program called Semester At Sea / ISE. Subsequently, Olivia pursued further education at Framingham State University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Registered Dietitian from 2015 to 2018.
