Billy Taggart

Billy Taggart is a technical manager at Pursuit. Billy has also worked as a lead full stack engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a software engineer intern at the same company. At University of Maryland, they were a student organization resource manager. For America Reads*America Counts, they were a team leader and mentor.
