Raquel Martinez

Raquel Martinez is the current Director of Admissions at Pursuit. Raquel has over thirteen years of experience in marketing and customer experience strategy, as well as product design and development.

Raquel's professional journey began in 2006 when they started working as a Product Designer and Developer at MarieBelle New York. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing products for the company. After a year in this position, they moved on to AFS Intercultural Programs where they held the role of Marketing & Customer Experience Director for over thirteen years. In this role, they created and implemented a customer experience strategy that integrated the customer journey, digital platforms, and all CRM staff touchpoints. Additionally, they developed the content strategy for new customer acquisition, retention, retargeting, and marketing automation. Raquel was also responsible for leading all digital marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing and optimization, social media, video content, and email marketing.

In 2020, Raquel began working at Pursuit as the Director of Admissions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the admissions process and working with potential students to help them pursue their educational goals.

Their manager is Jukay Hsu, Co-Founder & CEO. Raquel Martinez works with David Yang - Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Jay Jayabose - General Manager, and Marcus Cortez - Director of Business Operations.
