Karthik B is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and Management at Purview Services, a position held since June 2015. Previously, they worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Latitude Thirty Six and as a Human Resources Consultant at Virtusa. Karthik has extensive experience in IT recruitment, having also held roles in both client management and technical recruitment, while also gaining system administration skills early in their career. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology, where they submitted a paper on “Zero Knowledge Protocol.”
