Elisa Olivier

Elisa Olivier has extensive work experience, predominantly with FINCANTIERI S.p.A. Elisa began their career in 2006 as a Project Researcher at the University of Udine. In 2007, they joined Fincantieri - Cantieri Navali Italiani S.p.A. as an M&A and Business Development specialist. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Planning and Control manager at the same company. In 2011, they transitioned to Business Development and Talent Acquisition roles, before becoming the Head of Training and Development at FINCANTIERI S.p.A in 2014. Elisa was later promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and Talent Management in 2017. Elisa's expertise lies in talent acquisition, training and development, business development, and project research.

Elisa Olivier obtained a Master's Degree in Management Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine, studying from 2000 to 2005.
