Adam Kansler

Adam Kansler is president of the financial services business at IHS Markit, which includes pricing and reference data, trade processing, valuations, indices, and economic and country risk products. Adam previously served as Global Co-Head of Markit's information division and Head of North American operations. Earlier, Adam was Markit's Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, leading human resources, legal, corporate communications, risk, regulatory and strategic alliances. Before joining Markit in 2009, Adam spent 17 years with Proskauer LLP as a corporate partner. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College and received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
