Shawn McDaniels

Shawn McDaniels has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2014 to the present, they have been with McKesson, where they started as a Credit/Collections Associate handling VA Medical Center accounts and then moved on to become a Credit Collections Representative for various accounts including Bureau of Prisons and Indian Health Services. Prior to this, in 2013, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Purvis Industries. From 2002 to 2012, Shawn was with Monitronics International, where they served as an Accounting Recovery Specialist, managing payment receipts, developing reports, training agents, and providing coaching and feedback. Shawn also held the position of Quality Assurance Sr Representative, responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring employees' performance. Before Monitronics, Shawn worked at Xerox from 2000 to 2002, where they held various roles, including Associate desktop Systems Rep, Primus Focal & trainer, Lite lens and Digital copier trainer, and TOPPS trainer. Shawn was responsible for training new and current employees and resolving PC problems. Overall, Shawn has a strong background in accounts receivable, credit collections, mentoring, training, and customer interactions.

Shawn McDaniels pursued their education from 1996 to 1998 at DeVry University in Irving, TX. During this time, they focused on studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree from DeVry University. In addition to their formal education, Shawn McDaniels also obtained a certification in Excel 2016: Macros in Depth from LinkedIn in November 2016.
