Matt Wells is a seasoned healthcare professional with a strong focus on advancing medical technologies and improving patient care. Currently serving as a Barrigel Spacing Consultant at Palette Life Sciences since July 2022, Matt is instrumental in the launch of a novel rectal spacer for prostate cancer patients. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Territory Manager at Laborie, where Matt facilitated the early stage launch of Optilume DCB, and as a Urology Account Specialist and Market Development Manager at NeoTract, leading efforts in BPH care adoption.
