Igor Artemev

Igor Artemev has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Igor currently holds the position of VP of Technology at Ethereum Push Notification Service (EPNS), where they are responsible for various tasks including working on decentralizing Push nodes, creating a Wallet-Wallet chat system, and conducting blockchain research. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at dstack.ai in 2021.

From 2020 to 2021, Igor worked as an Engineering Manager at Binance, where they built an agile team for Card & Wire payments, facilitated onboarding and architecture introductions, and oversaw the implementation of banking integrations.

Before joining Binance, Igor served as the Head of Development at Trending.Bid, a top-ranked Russian Ad network under Smartline. During their tenure, they built a highly available low latency Ad Exchange for online advertising and managed a team that launched the production site in two years. Igor was responsible for full requirements analysis, architecture design, project scope management, and code review, among other activities.

Earlier in their career, Igor held roles such as System Architect at teleposition.ru, Senior Java Developer at Devexperts, Technical Project Manager / Team Leader at Reksoft, Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, Software Engineer at StarSoft, and Software Engineer at Arcadia.

Igor Artemev completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics (FTK) at State Technical University St. Petersburg, Russia, from 2001 to 2006. Igor also holds certifications as an Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer (obtained in 2011 with a 95% result) and as a Certified Scrum Master (obtained in 2010).
