Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at uRoutine, a member of the Board of Trustees for The Brigitte Trust, and co-leader of the Organisational Change Practice at MCR Consulting, Simon has demonstrated a strong commitment to both innovation in technology and community support. Notable positions include leading HR transformation initiatives across various companies, advising on best practices through SSON Research & Analytics, and acting as Managing Director of Simon Brown Associates, which provides bespoke HR solutions.
