Shane Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shane began their career at UPS as a Lead Training and Retention Supervisor, where they played a vital role in coordinating training and retention efforts for over 170 employees. Shane then moved on to VMC, where they worked as a Customer Support Specialist, resolving issues with refunds and website functionality for program participants. Shane was quickly promoted to Tier 2 due to their exceptional performance.

After that, Shane joined Mars Hill Church as a Financial Department Intern, before taking on the role of Purchasing & Fixed Assets. At Mars Hill Church, they gained valuable experience in financial operations and asset management.

Shane then transitioned to System Six Strategic Bookkeeping & Analysis, where they worked as a Bookkeeping & Operations specialist. In this role, they provided clients with end-to-end bookkeeping services and coordinated SaaS implementations for expense reporting and project management needs. Shane also optimized processes by manipulating timesheet data with Excel VBA macros and managing complex Google Sheets.

Most recently, Shane worked at Pushpay, first as a Business Intelligence Analyst and then as a Business Intelligence Manager. In these roles, they leveraged data and analytics to provide valuable insights to the company.

Shane Morrison pursued their education starting in 2005 at Edmonds College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business. Shane continued their academic journey at the University of Washington from 2008 to 2009, completing their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
