Wonjoo Park is an empathic design strategist who empowers product and design teams to navigate towards optimal solutions through deep customer insights. Currently, Wonjoo serves as a Senior UX Designer at Fisher & Paykel Appliances and previously held various prominent roles at Samsung Electronics, including Global UX Platform Design Lead and User Experience Manager. With extensive experience in design strategy and research, Wonjoo has contributed to significant projects across multiple industries, including automotive and telecommunications. Wonjoo is currently pursuing a BA at Yeungnam University and an MSc at UCL.
