Alison Cadmus has worked in various roles in the sports and recruitment industries since 2010. Alison began their career at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY as the Equipment Manager and Life Skills Coordinator in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for developing equipment and apparel budgets, working with vendors on design and approval of artwork for athletic apparel, and preparing purchase requisitions for approval by the Athletic Director for all equipment and apparel orders. Alison also served as the Head Softball Coach from 2010-Present. In 2008, they began working at the University of New Haven as the Head Athletic Equipment Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing day to day functions of equipment operations for 17 Div II athletic teams including a newly reinstated football program. From 2014-2022, Cadmus worked at Technical College of the Lowcountry as the Director of Recruitment and Admissions, Assistant Director of Admissions, and Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, they were actively recruiting students from Beaufort, Hampton, Colleton and Jasper County to attend TCL. Alison also worked as the Recreation Supervisor at Beaufort County PALS from 2014-2022 and as the Assistant Manager at Uniform Work and Sport from 2013-2022. Currently, they are employed as the People Operations Generalist at PushPress - The Gym Operating System.
Alison Cadmus obtained a Master's degree in English with a minor in Education from the University at Albany, SUNY between 2002 and 2008. Alison also obtained a Masters in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the same university during the same timeframe.
