Joy Poh

Joy Poh is currently the Director of Operations at Putien 莆田. With a background in food technology and compliance management, Joy has also worked as an Operations Manager at Din Tai Fung UK, where Joy established and led various teams. Prior to that, Joy held positions at Din Tai Fung Singapore, starting as a Food Technologist and working their way up to Senior Food Technologist.
