Marlieke Putmans

Marlieke Putmans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. As the Founder and Co-Owner of Putmans Next Level since October 2013, Marlieke has focused on professionalizing HR for fast-growing companies through outsourcing and project-based collaborations. Additionally, Marlieke serves as Chair and Member of the Advisory Board for OMO Scholengroep Helmond since August 2018 and has experience as a live presenter at Ondernemerscafe Helmond from September 2013 to July 2017. Prior roles include serving as Director at Putmans Advies/Factor Arbeid from 2003 to December 2014, where Marlieke enhanced internal operational practices regarding quality, safety, and personnel. Educational qualifications include a degree in Policy and Organization Sciences from Tilburg University and studies at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Tilburg, along with an earlier education at Carolus Borromeus College.
