Steve Horner, CFA began their work experience in 1994 as a Product Manager at Wellington Management. Steve then joined Putnam Investments in 1997, where they held various roles including Fixed Income Specialist, Institutional Portfolio Manager, and SVP, Portfolio Manager. Steve was responsible for portfolio management, strategy development, and execution, as well as team management. During their time at Putnam Investments, they managed assets ranging from $7 billion in stable value assets to over $60 billion in global fixed income assets. In 2024, Steve joined Franklin Templeton as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager.

Steve Horner, CFA received their BA in Political Science/Economics from Furman University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990.
