Karen Bennett-Dufresne

Karen Bennett-Dufresne has a diverse background in aviation maintenance and quality control. As a QC Inspector at Putnam Plastics since October 2016, Karen ensures compliance with standards while overseeing quality processes. Previously, a Utility Helicopter Repairer at the 1109th TASM-G from August 1997 to October 2015, Karen managed a team of helicopter mechanics, facilitated workload distribution, performed cost analysis, and ensured parts met aviation standards. Prior experience includes working as an Aircraft Mechanic at the 1109th AVCRAD/TASMG from August 1985 to October 2015. Karen holds an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from CT State Three Rivers and has received additional training from the University of Connecticut and the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy-Groton.
