Fran Wills currently serves as the Superintendent of Schools for Putnam Valley Central School District, a position held since August 2013. Prior to this role, Fran Wills was the Coordinator of Professional Development at Pace University School of Education in 2011. Fran Wills earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1987 and 1990, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Hunter College, where studies took place from 1960 to 1964. Fran Wills also attended Hunter College High School from 1957 to 1959.
