Katie Bell

Katie Bell is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a history of leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Puttshack since May 2024, Katie is responsible for developing comprehensive recruiting and talent strategies across multiple roles. Previously, a consultant for a SaaS and Supply Chain start-up, Katie worked on establishing HR infrastructure in preparation for fundraising. During tenure at Cresco Labs from May 2019 to May 2023, Katie held the position of Vice President - HR, Talent Acquisition and built a centralized recruiting team, as well as served as Director of HR, managing significant hiring efforts. At The Kraft Heinz Company, Katie led a talent acquisition team focused on North American Operations, and at Traffic Tech, played a key role in developing HR strategies. Educational accomplishments include a Certificate from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from John Carroll University.
