Tom Fraser

Tom Fraser has a varied work experience spanning different industries. Tom started their career in 2009 as a Student Ministries Director at Mountain Springs Church. Tom then worked as a Youth Director at Dillon Community Church from 2012 to 2015, leading weekly services and managing a budget. After that, Tom served as a Youth Pastor at Grace Church for a few months in 2015, where they led services and recruited volunteers. In 2015, they joined Topgolf as a Team Lead and later became a Hospitality Manager, leading large teams, training managers and associates, and implementing strategies for growth. Tom also worked as a Store Manager at Starbucks from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Puttshack since 2021, where they have held various roles such as Office Manager, Operations Project Manager, and Venue Support and Communications Manager, demonstrating their versatility and ability to contribute to different areas within an organization.

Tom Fraser attended Moody Bible Institute from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Youth Ministry.
