Jasmin Lappalainen

Jasmin Lappalainen is an experienced professional currently serving as an Import Assistant at Puuilo since April 2025. Previously, Jasmin held various roles within the Espresso House Group, including Shift Lead in a pilot team, where contributions were made to enhance operations across coffee shops in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and as a Coffee Shop Manager overseeing two locations with a team of 15 baristas. Additional experience includes positions as an Assistant Manager at Pagero, Support Specialist and Shift Leader at Espresso House Group, Construction Project Manager Trainee, Intern at ProCare Oy, and Cashier at Hesburger. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Beauty and Cosmetics from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Education was completed at Turun klassillinen lukio with an Upper Secondary School degree.
