Qaisar Habib has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Qaisar'smost recent role was as the Corporate Director of QHSE at Puyenpa Services LLC, starting in August 2021. In this position, they were responsible for reviewing and improving the company's QHSE policies, developing QHSE manual procedures, proposing strategic changes, conducting monthly document reviews, and overseeing site visits. Qaisar also provided QHSE awareness training and conducted internal and external audits.

Prior to that, Qaisar worked as the HSE/QC Director (Projects) at Valiant Integrated Services from April 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they performed safety and quality control inspections, conducted audits and inspections for contract-specific facilities, and generated reporting related to QC/HSE procedures.

From June 2014 to May 2019, Qaisar served as the Corporate QHSE Manager at alfanar Construction. Here, they implemented management systems based on ISO standards and ensured effective implementation of QHSE policies across the organization.

Qaisar also has experience working as a Project HSE Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers from March 2013 to February 2014. Qaisar started their career as an HSE Engineer at Orient Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they handled multiple power projects in Pakistan.

Additionally, Qaisar has worked as a Shift Engineer at SNGPL and DG Khan Cement Company Limited from 2008 to 2010.

Qaisar Habib has a diverse education history. In 2011, they obtained a diploma in Executive MBA from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore - Pakistan. In the same year, they also completed a diploma in Project Management from the same institution. From 2006 to 2010, Qaisar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at NFC IET Multan.

Qaisar continued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety and Fire Sciences from Brisley University, attending from 2012 to 2014. Qaisar'seducational journey then led him to Harvard University, where they pursued a degree in Leadership & Management, focusing on Organizational Leadership from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Qaisar Habib has numerous certifications in various fields. These certifications include Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Associate Safety Professional (ASP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, as well as EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety & Health and Construction Quality Management for Contractors from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
