Puzzle Partners
Founded in 2003, Puzzle Partners is one of Australia's leading workplace consultancy firms, collaborating with architects, project managers, builders and removalist partners to deliver more than 1000 workplace adventures for clients from all business sectors and all levels of government. We’re passionate about changing the world, one workplace at a time. We believe that workplace designed to meet tailored organisation purpose can be a catalyst for the transformation needed to deliver strategy, increase collaboration and productivity while driving efficiency. The benefits of space which supports future flexibility for organisations have never been clearer than now. Workplace strategy - We challenge our clients to imagine the possibilities of how their space can support them in the future and we use data, analysis and insight, and our deep experience, to help clients and architects create a workplace that is unique to the specific needs of our clients and their teams. Change management – Having a strategy and a new physical workplace is one thing but effectively using it is another. We help clients engage their leaders and people, build confidence and capability and ownership in adopting new ways of working, so that everyone is ready to use the new space together (which means that benefits can be properly realised). Transition – A change in workplace requires the physical movement/s of people, information and assets and is often one of the most visible and memorable elements of the transformation. This is not lost on us, and just as we support the people transition through change management, we equally support our clients by ensuring that physical transition of people, information and assets is seamless.
