Jay Millstead is a seasoned executive in Human Capital Management with extensive experience in driving strategic HR solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of HCM Services at PuzzleHR since June 2023, Jay is committed to empowering businesses through seamless implementation and partnership. Previously, Jay spent nearly nine years at Ceridian, where roles as Senior Director focused on Managed Services and Implementation led to significant achievements, including 23% year-over-year growth and a dramatic increase in profit and loss from under 2 million to 48 million. Jay's career also includes valuable experience at Humana Healthcare Inc. and Lightyear Communications, showcasing a strong background in data analytics, cost reduction, and instructional design. An alumnus of the University of Louisville, Jay holds a B.S. in Political Science and English, as well as a MAT in Education.
